Different letter carrier every day on residential delivery, frequent delivery errors, mail can come anytime between 10 am and 6 PM, we can't plan our day.  Service lines at the counter frequently out into the lobby.  Some of the service people are so cold they should not be in the customer service business.  Yet all this meets Post Office service requirements.  No wonder the Post Office is an embarrassment to our country. Pathetic, one star is too much.

Our experience with this post office facility has gotten worse over time. We drop off at a minimum of 50 packages a week and never have a problem. There was an issue and  instead of helping us resolve it they continually gave us the same information like a robot and didn't care for the customers satisfaction. Our dissatisfaction could have easily been avoided had the employee provided assistance instead of stating the same thing over and over again. We will be trying to not use USPS anymore so that we don't waste time or deal with individuals who don't care about local people or local businesses.

Workers seem like they wish they were home watching Tv or something.  Zero job dedication!  There for the benefits & pay only. Something should be done. We pay their salary and they act like they are doing us a big favor by showing up for work. And they wonder why they are loosing money? Oh, don't worry, the US Govt will bail them out if need be.
