Slowest post office on earth. Any non regular employees are useless. 1 window out of 3 ever manned... while 2 employees chit chat. One employee actually had to tell them they would not be able to close on time if they didn't stop screwing off... forget his name, but he's leaving anyway. 5 months later... same story.

Wish I could give zero stars. They won’t deliver my packages unless someone is there to receive them so I have to go to the post office every time I order something and their hours are extremely inconvenient. Now they lost my package and no one knows where it is. Awful.

Received text that my package was delivered. Go to mail box. Not there. Wait a couple days, nothing. These people suck. They dont care, they are lazy. Spent 45 minutes on hold trying to find out what happened to my package. Received case # but now i have to wait even longer because some egghead decided they didnt feel like delivering my package.  They should be shut down. Their service is so atrocious that, if i was a higher up, id fire them all and replace them with people more deserving, and actually willing to do their damn job.

They claim no access yet there is. I'm home and can't receive package because it's to hard for them to walk a few steps. No matter how many times you call phone is busy. I just want my package! I will never use USPS again😡

I've always had good experiences here. The people are friendly & informative & have always helped me get my packages out & on their way. Thank you Taunton USPO for spending so many years getting important letters & packages on their way to where they need to go. Keep up the good work!  God bless you!
