After Morgantown PO canceled my passport appointments with them four different times, I tried this post office and it was insanely better. They were so helpful and nice and DIDN'T CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT

The lady gave me a pen to write on a plastic envelope and then continued to treat me like I was the stupid one. She was EXTREMELY rude. I will never be using this post office again.

Always late on delivery. On multiple occasions, they have lost out mail or sent it to another place.

Poor experience. No idea where my package is. Claim they delivered it but was obviously not. I wish UPS would have just delivered it to me or made me pick it up from their location.
