I was going on vacation and was going to run out of my medication. I was trying to explain the situation to one of the techs and she started making faces at me like she didn't believe me. She then spoke to me very rudely and acted like I was lying. I'm a student at the Texas Tech pharmacy school right now and this is not how patients should be treated. I went to the other United north of this one and they were very friendly and great.

Rude, unproffessional customer service at the drive up pharmacy window!!! Will be finding a new place to fill our prescriptions. Shame!!

Polite, personable staff. I've never had a problem in 2+ years.

I had a script called in that morning and when I went to pick it up, they hadn't filled it. My insurance wasn't going to pay so they just didn't do it. I told them I would be paying cash for it three times before it sunk in. Totally ridiculous!!!
