I am on hold now. Usually they tend to be excellent but today, When I have a huge problem that time is of the very essence, man tells me they will call back in 24 hours or so. He told me he does not feel for anyone. This man had zero compassion for me. Maggie was kind but the man who answered the phone should be fired. I  have been waiting for a case manager a week when I was initially told 24 hours.  GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE! !!

Their system is not updated meaning what you sign up for is what you do not get. For example, someone that is in network, is actually not in network.

RN line & representative lines have always been helpful.
