They were right on schedule with pick up and delivery and didn't provide a large window of delivery/pick up times as their competitors typically do. Excellent service all around. The process was simple. Heidi and Tom answered all my questions and concerns. Explained how it worked. Pick up and drop off driver was courteous, punctual, professional and friendly.

The reviews for other mobile storage services scared me. So with a little more research, I came across Units SD, who had great reviews on Yelp. I'm happy I chose this local company. They had great customer service that made the whole process easy. The drop-off, pick-up, and final delivery were smooth. All of my belongings came back in the same shape I packed them in. This was so much better than driving back-and-forth from a storage unit on move days, and I found the price to be comparable to a first floor "drive-up" storage unit. I was still able to access my stuff in between moves, if I wanted to.

UNITS! UNITS! UNITS! UNITS! UNITS!!!!!!
I researched costs all around town and Units was the choice. I thought I might get what I payed for in customer service but the Staff and Drivers were 100% professional and showed up when they said they would. They were able to perform delivery and pick up in the time frames I provided. I found the items that I stored in the Unit exactly as I had left them when I opened it up. Units Mobile Storage is the only call you have to make when moving or storing your belongings

SD Units Mobile storage is the best. They work with me when I give them very little notice, they pick up on time and their customer service is great. 
They also help the local San Diego Habitat for Humanity affiliate with donated and discounted units.
