I've been a medical patient for many, many years and have always had good experiences with the medical staff and doctors. Very thorough and thoughtful. Now I'm honored to be employed at Unity and can confirm that a lot of thought and care go into providing an excellent patient experience!

Medical staff is ridiculous. They do NOT listen to you. If you have a complaint, don't go to their nurses. Not even the Supervisor listens to what you are saying. They simply try to either get you off the phone, or out of their office as quickly as possible. To give an example: they called us up that a prescription was was ready to be picked up and dropped off at the pharmacy, when I got there, they told me down their nose that we cannot call in prescriptions early. I wish their right hand would know what their left is doing. Even their pharmacists said this was totally unprofessional.

Dr. Clure is a great Dr, she really listens to her patients.

Friendly, professional and caring staff in all aspects...from the front desk to doctors and nurses. Awesome to have them in Bellingham!
