Being charged for a treatment that did not work when I told them it wouldn't. I had to seek treatment the next day at yet more expence to me. The ones who treat the paitents need to learn to listen. I for one will never use thier services again I will instead go to the E.R. in Grinnell .

great place. saw me for back spasms on sunday afternoon. tuesday morning i had a phone call from them wanting to know if i was feeling better :)

The few times I have taken family members they have been professional. The urgent care is nice when something happens that don't require a trip to the ER
