HAD 2 COLLAGES DONE AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER.
THERE IS A COMMUNICATION BARRIER BUT THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT.

A bad feeling when I walked in.  Owners seemed to have a communication barrier they cannot overcome.  The social skills were also lacking.  Maybe that is why the place was empty the whole time in mid-day I was in there.  What I requested in the framing work was not what I got.  Also, way over-priced!  Tried to explain to have them fix and they blamed me.  Walked out and will never come back.  Went to a larger, more professional framing company and learned a lesson on this one!  Stay away.

Messed up several projects I gave them.  Frames were of poor quality and not what I had requested.  There was a Chinese man that I think is the owner, who was very rude and condescending.  There are several other custom framing shops in the Eustis area that I had very good success with but wanted to try someone new.  Bad mistake.
