Oscar, thinks he knows everything before he even looked at my problems. I had chest paint and upper back pains and he claims I have Angina (a symptom of coronary artery disease.) and Scoliosis. I am a young 26 y/o. With no major medical history, the equipment is old and outdated, x-ray machine is 25 years old. Oscar is very rude and unprofessional. I went to my primary doctor and i ended up having a pulled muscle in my back. The only reason I had to go to UIC was because the pains happened at work and it is mandatory to see the works clinic for any injury's while clocked in. I am bring it up with HR to see if they can look into another clinic.

This Oscar is a bonehead! After temping at a company for 8 months, they finally offered me a permanent position. So I went to the clinic to do my pre-employment exam and drug screen. I notified the Oscar that my medication would cause a false positive and showed him all documentation as well as a note from my physician who treating my condition. So what did he report to HR that I failed my drug test and got me terminated. I've filed a complaint with L.A. Medical Board and hired a lawyer to get back all my lost wages and put him on the edge of his seat. Racist pig! And your clinic smells like piss!

Oscar is a Racist and called a lady stupid after her husband didn't speak english. he was very rude and disrespectful
