I gave them 5 chances... As a local, I too, am disappointed with the lack of customer service provided at this restaurant! Every time I have eaten here, the staff behind the red toolbox are rude, smart alecky, and ill qualified to be in their greeting positions.  Wait Staff does not smile.  The food is over priced, and lacks ingenuity.  A lot of fancy terms for the basic burger, fries, etc. , yet the food is mediocre.  The wait is too long, to be seated, and to get your food. The only draw to this place, is the inviting patio...but it is not enough to bring me back...ever...Even with a Gift Card! Would welcome the opportunity to discuss more feedback as an experienced secret shopper.

We are locals who have been going to the U Joint for a while but last night we had a group of 7 people and was left waiting for over an hour and a half we proceed to sit at an open table after about 2 minutes the manager came over and said we couldn't sit there and we would not be served she never tried to resolve we left and went to the wicked pig and had a wonderful meal ,quick and friendly service thumbs up to them. Remember you have your locals to keep you going when the tourist are gone we support our local restaurants but when it comes to the U Joint no more you have lost my business I know to you it's not a lot but an average of 100 to 150 every other week will go to support another local business that won't be as nasty and rude as your manager. Here's an idea change management and we may come back.

Great place for a good meal and entertainment during scheduled times. Wait staff was pleasant and helpful. Out door seating is available!

The food and service is great but not a good place to take kids, My wife and I stopped for lunch last Saturday. The people that sat behind us used foul language the whole time , the more alcohol they consumed the worse it got. Not only that they had no designated smoking area two people one on our left and another on the right smoked. You really can't enjoy your lunch like that no matter how good it is.

Good food and beer with good pricing. Fish tacos were excellent,  along with the service. Server Rachel very helpful
