Great experience. Friendly staff. Good deals when they are having promotions or discounts. Never had a bad experience in the four months of storage.

I initially, I chose this facility because of its location. It is clean, well-lit, reasonably priced, and staffed, not by robots, but with real human beings.  I was greeted (not just acknowledged), and everything was explained clearly. I will definitely recommend this Universal Self Storage to my friends & associates.

My tv's was stolen out my stroges management did nothing about it and the staff is very rude do not go there....
