Hands down, the best customer service I've ever had. I stopped by Jesse's shop to get about 5 years worth of white dog hair removed from my car. It came to the point where my wife couldn't even sit in it with me, because she was so allergic to the dander. But Jesse saved the car. This dude is so incredibly knowledgable and passionate about car detailing.  I couldn't believe how clean everything was after Jesse cleaned it. My wife hasn't sneezed or coughed ONCE since then! 

If you really want to take care of your car, GO TO THIS SHOP. The first day I came to the shop, I had to leave the car with Jesse. He sent me on my way with a free cup of coffee. And when I picked up the car, his family gave me these amazing croissants! I couldn't believe how kind these people were to me. 

On top of all of this, he restored the exterior of my car to BRAND NEW.

Jesse and his crew are amazing. I'll always come back here for any kind of car care that I need.

I came here thanks to stellar reviews, so it's only fair that I leave a review in exchange. 

Came in after getting a MAJOR bit of work done - poorly - by the dealership. Glad I came when I did! Stopped in because my A/C wasn't blowing cold, but also noticed that dealership had drained and failed to replace my coolant. By contrast, Jesse and Walter took the time to double check the rest of the car's status, offer some insight into possible causes, and even told me what to keep an eye out for in the future. 

Preventative maintenance: bad for business, good for my wallet! 

Their whole approach feels about as painless as one could ask for from a mechanic. Plus the vibe is welcoming, layperson-friendly, and generally zero-pressure. In the 30 min I was there I met two different longtime customers, both of whom were outspoken fans of Jesse and his shop. 

Suffice it to say, I'll be bringing my cars here in the future.

On a very hot day I took my car to Universal Service / Gas Station because the tire pressure light of my car was on. Jesse (the owner of  the shop) checked and  diagnosed it immediately and told me that they were going to take care of the matter right away. And while the mechanic was fixing the problem Jesse suggested to stay inside of the store"... because it's hot outside".  Inside Jesse as a great host was filling the refreshment drink dispenser for a lady with a kid.  When another young guy came in for a car problem, Jesse again like a parent suggested him to wait inside to avoid the heat. 
Not only this pleasant and caring  gentleman  is very knowledgeable specialist (diagnosed momentarily and correctly) but he is simply very kind and honest person.  He didn't charge me for fixing the tire pressure and  even told me to bring the car back if the problem would  persist. ( In similar cases we can always leave tip). I am really happy and thankful that there are still people like Jesse.

The family's mechanic for over 35 years sold his business.  Have been looking for a new mechanic in Burbank with the same integrity, reasonably priced, and quick turnaround.  I think we found him at Universal Service Station.  Jesse did my dad a solid.  Extremely honest and responsive.  I highly recommend him and will be bringing family to him going forward.  Thanks Jesse.

Had a blown head gasket on my 2005 dodge magnum. If anyone has experienced anything like this, you know how costly and inconvenient this can be. I called several places that gave my sky high quotes and couldn't even give me a fixed price before bringing my car in, until I called Jesse at Universal Service Station. He seemed extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and what parts would be needed. And the price he gave me was HUNDREDS less than all the other quotes I had gotten. Had my car at the shop within two days, and a week later it was done!! The work was great, they updated almost daily on the progress of the job. No hidden costs or fees either. Got my car back, and for close to a year now, it has been running perfectly. The work was also warrantied, which is extremely valuable. I send anyone i can to universal service station, and will always have our cars worked on and serviced by Jesse. I cannot thank you guys enough for making this such an inexpensive and hassle free experience. The work and customer service was beyond excellent!!
