Shady shady company. They take astronomical amounts of money for “escrow” of pro rated bills such as water and then never refund the money to the sellers. You have to call them and then they play dumb and act like your the idiot. They took over 10x the amount of a three month bill, when we were there one out of the three months, and then held the money for over 6 months (we still haven’t gotten it back). I would highly recommend using any other company over these slimey people.

Universal Title is one of the best title companies we have used in the area. We run a local real estate team, Compass Home Group, out of Bel Air, and have dealt with these guys over 100 times. They're always attentive to your needs, our needs, and overall get the job done! Nice work guys!
