This is a horrible place that just turned us away because it was 10 minutes till close!!!!! Don't most people want to be in the health care field because they want to help make people feel better? Not this place if it's close to closing time they will just make excuses as to why you should go to the emergency room!!!! I will never recommend this place!!!!

I called this clinic at 8:40 on 1-6-17 and an older woman answered the phone (I believe her name was Nancy or something). I explained to her that my brother in law was having shortness of breath and had vomited several times. I told her that we think he had come into contact with some sort of an allergen, possibly food... She told me, "We don't deal with chest pains or chest problems." I told her that he wasn't having a heart attack (hes 24 and in pretty good shape). I said he likely just needed a breathing treatment or to at least be checked out. She responded by saying, "Well we close at 9... You could take him to LeConte Medical Center." If I was standing in front of her I would have slapped her for saying that. I very rudely then asked, "Well what medical procedures does your office perform?" She responded by saying, "Well we don't deal with chest problems. I angrily answered back with a loud voice "Again! What does your office treat then?!" Her idiotic response was, "We treat a number of things, but we don't treat chest problems." I just hung up the phone at that point.... Either that lady was an absolute idiot or she needs extreme training by her managers to triage a medical problem over the phone. Either way, there a million ways that conversation could have gone better, but the woman who answered the phone needs to be aware that she should never treat someone in a medical emergency the way she did. When someone is experiencing a medical emergency, they need help and answers not dingbat responses like what was given me tonight! I mean to say ,"We close at 9." Are you kidding me right now!!!??? I hope the doctors and managers see this review and I hope that the woman who dealt with me tonight gets a formal review or better yet fired! I will NEVER AGAIN call this place for anything whatsoever. Absolutely terrible. If I could give it negative a billion stars I would.

The wait is insane! If you come as soon as they open...middle of the day...or in the evening it's always "your looking at a 3 hour wait".

I ended up here after sitting at MD express for 2 hours only to be told they didn't take blue Cross Blue Shield I was so upset I left and went to ut after hours and I was so happy they were great. They got me in and out in 15 mins . They are so professional and kind. I have found a doctor I can go to when I can't see my family doctor. The next day they called to tell me they sent a Sample of my urine off to be tested so they could make sure they put me on the right antibiotic for my uti infection . I couldn't believe I got such good care . Thank you ut after hours.
