We have a new German Shepard puppy and took him here the next day we got him. Dr. Walleye was amazing we had so many questions she took her time to answer them all being that we were new pet owners. Every time I call up there everyone is always super nice and helpful. We will continue to bring our fur member here.

Friendly staff and caring vets. We board our dogs here anytime we leave and cannot bring them with us.

We used this vets office for boarding.  We had our dog who was healthy and very muscular boarded for a week and a half.  When we got her back she had lost so much weight that she looked like they had starved her.  She was withdrawn and lethargic.  We have boarded her many times before and she has never acted this way or looked so unhealthy.  I felt like they did not take care of her.  For her to lose that much weight during such a short period she must not have eaten at all.  They have our contact info and could have call at any point if she was sick or needed extra care.  I know that they are one of the only options in Lake Charles and I trusted them because they are a vets office, but I would never board her again with them.

Great staff great people who actually care and love your dog like they love their own Roscoe had a great time there and if I ever need anything else for my Fuzzy Friends health or boarding this is the place that I will go
