I have been coming here for years. Recently, I took my newly purchased car in to get the inside and outside cleaned. When finished, the outside was fine. But upon driving away, I noticed the dashboard was completely dusty. The inside hadn't been cleaned at all! I was even missing my cupholder inserts. When I returned, the manager acknowledged that the inside hadn't been done and the person who didn't do the inside was made to do it, but quickly wiped down the inside leaving some missed spots. The cupholder inserts were not looked for either.

I had our new Camaro washed and waxed by "Scott". The $49.95 rate was fair and average for "Hand Wax" in my past experience. The car came out fantastc, Scott communicated the process and what he was going to do including throwing in a few freebies! Since there was only 2 cars ahead of mine, i was in and out in about 1 hour. My Truck will go in next week for the same treatment and an Oil change as well. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but their attitude should be part of the equation. Give a business a fair chance to perform and see what happens. Act like a jerk to start with and guess what you get?

It is ok! I thought that they did a great gob! But when I got to a place to look at it closer, a lot of stuff was overlooked. I tipped really great because it looked great from the drivers side. Hint!!!!! inspect your vehicle before leaving.

Not a happy camper. I was warned, it would be a bit of a wait, and I didn't mind, but after 1.5 hrs, i pull away in my car with a fresh wash and oil change, only to notice a slew of brown stains in my back seat. For whatever reason, they cracked my back windows while "washing the inside windows", put my car through the wash with the cracked windows, and soaked my back seat. Obviously, turned around and brought it back, and they even acknowledged they had noticed it before i drove away, and did nothing about it!!! They also did a poor job of actual cleaning, my back carpets had to be revacuumed and the dash board and doors were never touched. To add insult to injury, after the 2nd time i pulled away, i found they never topped off my wiper fluid, which is supposed to be included in the oil change. I didn't have the patience to go back. I just bought some wiper fluid of my own. I will drove across town for Johnnys carwash from now on.
