If you have better options, save your self some time and don't go here. Called this place multiple times and they put me on hold for like almost half an hour with no response. Can't even get an appointment even if I tried through the phone. Only reason why I did come here was because my therapist and Psychiatric provider were decent. However the way the office staff treats the patients, is unacceptable.
1 of the 3-4 people who answers the phone at this location is really rude and unprofessional. There appears to be a lack of accountability and oversight here because I have personally emailed the administration about this issue and received zero response. As I wait for an appointment with a provider, the impression being made by the people answering the phones colors the entire organization. Stop telling clients that you’re “hanging on by thread” or are over tasked? It’s unethical to make your issues with staffing the client’s problem. Hanging up on callers after long hold times and all the attitude is just unnecessary.
Less than one star. Scheduling appointments with this place is a nightmare. You are unable to do so months in advanced. Nothing but a headache to deal with go elsewhere.
3rd Class service..staff will never pick phone, Dr. Michael always give you appointment but never be available mean waste of time .if they don't want to work they should RESIGN but they have no right to waste other's valuable time..
Cannot get an appointment once if lucky for therapy. They gave me an appointment a month ago. Called me a day before the appointment to reschedule it due to sickness of doctor. They were going to reschedule an appointment to a month later. I explained my situation and said that I needed to talk a therapist urgently. So they made an appointment for a week later. My appointment was on Friday at 1:00 pm. The person name is Jennifer called me at 1:40 pm, said that she had missed the appointment time because she misread the time, thus she wanted reschedule my appointment again. What kind of behavioral health care center is this? They really don't care about the patients.
This place is terrible. They’re always closed despite their appointments being virtual. Whenever I call i get left on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes. The people who answer the calls are rude and ask for your number to call back and never end up calling back!!
This place is the worse with follow with call to provide services to they patient I got a call canceling my foster child appointment and I mentioned to the to give me a new appointment to be able to get the medication before end and they answer was we will call you . They call after I call the same day of the appointment the cancel to remind then about the call that I was said by them that supervise would give me. On tha Friday the Supervice call me letting me know that was bad communication and the she would have some one to call me back or they would sent the prescription to the pharmacy well weekend pass and also Monday came I call again and the same some one would call u . Get what I ending walking to the facility and expend there over 2 hours in the time I’m doing this review still nobody resolve my situation .
Today will be the last day that I speak to someone from this office. The psychiatrist is fine, but I always seem to have problems with the front desk, especially their rudeness. Today I tried to call and explain that they never sent the Doxy link and they hung up on me. This caused me to miss my appointment. F them. Find services elsewhere.
These people suck when it comes to communication !!!!! There’s literally no number to call and speak directly with someone at the desk! They text you off a Google number off their desktop computers and BARELY answer. I’m new to the program and I came just to find out that they’re closed and it’s through zoom! No one informed me at all! I think these people definitely need therapy
NOT FOR WORKING PEOPLE. cannot get an appointment once a month if lucky for therapy, and all of their groups are during work hours and the care that you do get is minimal and rushed. really disappointed and desperate for care : Jeniffer the therapist is completely useless. she talks about herself the whole time, promises the world, literally delivered nothing at all
