Very disappointed with the bookstore. Had a completely plastic wrapped never opened book bought ONLY A FEW DAYS AGO for $100 I wanted to return with original receipt and everything. Could not return because deadline was 2 days ago unless I drop the class. Policy on receipt said 30 days, but it was false. They had nothing in the website for the policy or on the receipt. They had a sign, but it was not clear. No cashier told me either. Easy to lose money quick here. That is a LOT of money I lost because of poor communication.

A treasure trove of the things you didn't know you needed but none-the-less want. Absolutely any type of pens pencils and drawing implements. Academic books and all manner of UW wear, bumper stickers, mugs, trinkets and more.

Really is a great store, with three levels and full of everything you could ever need, from merch to textbooks to casual books. Also has a Starbucks inside. Would give it five stars, but the fact that books are commonly overpriced, and that their rental management system is handled by an out-of-state third-party lender (they use Nebraska Managed Rentals for some reason), are two things that create major headaches. The plus sides are the great selection and student discounts.

great bookstore it has everything for students. it also has a cafe for students. it is a multi-level store meaning there's more than one store for students to shop for all their educational needs.

Nice spot with good selection of discount books and quirky items. Good place to purchase gifts. Textbooks are overpriced as usual. It’s often busy, so cashier lines can sometimes get long. Parking lot is in back with free validation if you spend money in the store.
