I usually don't write reviews, but I feel that I have to help the next person avoid this tragic place they claim to be apartments. If you can avoid living here, avoid it! This place is the worst. The wifi never works. I have not used the wifi since I began living here and I've been here for two years. Good luck taking a decent shower, because the water goes from gates of hell to freezing tundra in .03 seconds, if it's even on, because they love cutting the water at random, things in my apartment are constantly breaking, the rooms are incredibly tiny (not worth the price), the gate NEVER works, and for some reason they refuse to give you a gate code so whenever you have company that doesn't live in the apartments you have to walk all the way to the gate to open it with your key. I almost feel bad for the RA's, because they seem ill informed whenever you ask them questions. Also they'll spring unknown fees on you, i.e. they charged me a daily living fee for 10 days, because there was a "gap" in my contract, even though I had been living there the entire year. DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give this place less then a star I would.

I like it here. I've been here for maybe a month and a half and so far my stay has been pretty great. I see the negative reviews but I have not experienced any of those issues. Plus internet is actually pretty decent, considering it's free. Staff is friendly. Maintenance responds quickly.  I would recommend it.

University Court is turning around. My friends who have lived here before warned me about this place and that I will need to move to another complex after my  lease ended. However, it was not this way. The staff is very considerate and trained in what they do. If there are any maintenance issues, they will accommodate you for the time being. This place is changing for the better and is a great place for students to live!

The new heavy set white lady in the office  is so rude and mean . She has an attitude with everything you ask , I'm so glad I'm moving . It's not enough space to talk about my experience  ( Don't stay on campus unless you really really have to ) . But the new lady needs to go  , she will make the experience even more horrible !

I'm writing for a friend because they don't want to be given a hard time if the front office sees this. 
The shower took two months to fix and for the first two weeks they weren't even offered another shower to use. The kitchen light sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. A maintenance man came out to fix it but after giving them an ambiguous answer on what the problem was he never came back to actually make it work. The ice machine didn't work and never has. The WiFi seems to work some days and then other days when you really need it to it won't. The pool and hot tub are both extremely nasty. Also, they just made the complex enforce a no pet policy because "some apartments were left in disrepair." It's just funny because it seems to me all the apartments are left in disrepair. 
This is not a good place to live and it would be best if you spent your money elsewhere.
