Top Gym in the area.  Rock wall hours are stingy, but the gym quality is wonderful. I love the day lockers and the variety of workout equipment they have.  They pretty much have what you are looking for and then some.  Sauna, steam room and hot tub are nice to enjoy (maybe not back to back!) after a good workout.

The customer service at this facility is non-existent. While the equipment and physical environment are nice, the facility's absurd policies and staff's lack of personal judgement have made me start looking for a new place.

Employees more than accommodating,large selection of gym equipment,establishment is always immaculately cleaned,steam room and hot tub really helpafter a long hard workout.

Great staff, and a great facility! There is so much equipment available that I never have to wait for a machine, even at peak times. The towels aren't the best I have ever used, but at least they provide them. Overall, a good place for a good sweat.

I have been a member here for several years.  I workout mostly with the weight machines, treadmills etc., and they keep them clean and in good repair.  In addition to the wide selection of weight machines, there is a large free weight area, lap pool, steam room and full locker room facilities with secure lockers available.  A family membership is around $70 per month.
