Absolutely go somewhere else when you can. Trick you into paying HUGE bills for the poorest service I have ever seen. Should be given less than 1 star. The place is an absolute mess.

Horrible horrible horrible. Prescriptions are never ready on time, billing is a mess (I was billed over a YEAR after my appointment), and the appointment line is a disaster--when I had my PCP at UHS the nurses gave me the number for the back because the desk ladies are rude and to be blunt, dim. Go somewhere else even if it's less convenient.

Brittney from UHS billing assured me that my visits to UHS (first visit was around October 2016 for flu) were being covered by my insurance company, and said if my bills do not get covered, my "student health fee" would cover them, so I shouldn't need to worry about using the UHS. I made 4-5 visits from Oct/16 to May/17, and I got my first surprise bill in May/17 indicating that NONE of my visits were covered via insurance and I would need to pay around $900. I called UHS and they said there is nothing they could do. I guess I should have had someone put it in writing that what they told me is credible instead of thinking that they were giving me correct information.
