Came with/for my fiancee. 3 am medical and psych issues. Prompt response to our needs. E r doctors nurses. Beyond. Believe. All staff. Prompt. On the spot. Waiting time to minimal to say or count in time. Will probably drop Cleveland clinic like a hot potato 8-23-17  dropped  Cleveland  clinic  like a hot potato.  Cleveland  clinic  not longer  excepting  care source insurance.  Just another reason  to  many  to text. To drop  Cleveland  clinic  hospitals and doctors.  UNIVERSITY  HOSPITALS  DOCTORS  NURSES  STAFF. etc that's the way to go. U H Parma  gets a 10 ++++++++++++ from  my family

Thank you to Parma Hospital for the excellent care you provided to me in Pre-admission testing and Surgery Center today. All the personnel in which I interacted with were very helpful and explained all procedures every step of the way!! This included nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologist. Also, thank you for providing the Emmi videos prior to my procedure. It helped answer a lot of questions and help ease some of my anxiety. Thank you!!!

Got concerns about Parma based on their support services. Public restroom not cleaned in the over 8 hrs during the day I spent visiting my Mom. Went to the cafeteria and got spoiled ice tea. Told they didn't serve spoiled food. Tried to discuss with manager, but they said he/she could not come. Several of my mom's meals missed some item. If you can't do the support correctly, what does that say about the medical services. P.S. Clean your windows. I was able to write "clean me" on the one in my Mom's room.

Staff is awesome. They wouldn't let My Niece in to see me which made it worse because she's ALL I have..... Im happy to be outta there.....

When this place was parma hospital it was great now it went right down the drain. all the doctors left lots of nasty feminists that hate men work their  and now it is the dream of Obama and his utopia .
