Very rude. Went in to open an account. The teller was very friendly but asked me to wait for the person who opened accounts. This person was having a personal conversation with someone for about 10 minutes, then proceeded to take a phone call that came in while I was waiting. So after about 15 minutes of sitting there I was then told O couldn't open an account because it was 2 close to closing time. I explained that I had been waiting for awhile and she became very rude so I walked out and went to Great American Bank who promptly opened an account for me!

Because of moving around the country many times, I've never experienced a better or more friendly bank! Todd Sutherland and the employees that come in contact with the customers are fantastic. I always looked forward to going to the bank to conduct business.
