Doctor Fletcher was amazing and treated me with much respect during my needle biopsy. Her and ultrasound tech, Lisa, were absolutely amazing. I didn't catch the other nurses name that was in the room, but they all were so caring. I seriously can not recomend them enough. I felt supported through a hard procedure, and even when I was in the middle of a panic attack, they handled it with grace and care. I wish I had been able to share my appreciation better!
I would absolutely give a zero if I could, probably a negative. I came in asking for help and they immediately discharged me they did absolutely nothing for me didn't try to help and treated me like I was a waste of there time. I was pretty incoherent but the group of females at the desk were absolutely rude and disgusting. They had no care in the world and were just giving dirty looks. Just complete nasty hateful attitudes. They thought it was okay to laugh at me while I'm obviously needing help. Honestly they are the worst hospital I have EVER been to and they don't listen to your concerns or help you. ALL the staff sucked!! Never would recommend anyone to ever go here. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. Many violations!!
I still have not received any messages from management or anybody apologizing for the neglect I experienced last night at the hands of this staff. They didn’t wash my wound, they didn’t bandage it made me walk through the hospital with no sock and no bandaid. They did not go over my discharge paperwork or anything. And I had to go to the urgent care this morning where they proceeded to give me 6 stitches and they could not believe how I was treated at UCHealth memorial north ER
I delivered my children at this hospital when it was memorial north And this is the hospital that we go to even though we live closer to others. Our symptoms have never been ignored until recently, and that was because we had a contractor PA in the ER. The past level of care once was very good. Especially if you were admitted. The doctor's and nurses on staff are excellent. I cannot say the same for the PA's and nurses that are out of state contractors. We have gone there for over 16 years. And there was no issues of poor quality care. They really need to get rid of their contractors and keep more full-time staff. The contractors tend to not care about the patients being comfortable and cared for in a good bedside manner. It use to be better and I know it can get there again. They just need to get rid of the contracting uncaring staff.
I wasn’t waiting in the waiting room very long. The waiting room staff was very friendly and quick. I was having abdominal pain. It took three calls to the nurse line to get pain medicine. When I was being discharged, I was getting dressed and I just about got my shirt on when the nurse came rushing in without knocking . I asked her if the dr could check my thyroid and she said my primary dr had to do that.
So sad they're the cleanest hospital with the worst care I've ever experienced recently. I told them I was on an empty stomach, all they did was pump me with a gang load of meds, wheeled me to my car and left me there. I never made it out the parking lot. A random person found me vomiting next to my car. They ignored the people that tried calling to alert them about me getting sick in the parking lot. Then after I was seen the 2nd time, I sadly started my cycle which ruined my clothes. I told staff I have family on the way to bring clothes, instead of sympathizing, they told me to wait in the lobby because they wanted to make room for the next person. So cold hearted. On top of that they're responsible for giving me vertigo. After they gave me my blood pressure med, they pumped a different blood pressure med in my IV which dropped my blood pressure down too fast. The last nurse had no compassion and made me feel bad verbally because my balance was off when they tried to discharge me knowing damn well I was not ready to be released. This hospital has changed horribly in the past 13 years.
i had surgery for the first time ever and as one can imagine, i was filled with anxiety and nerves. Lauren J. was my nurse before i went into surgery and she was the absolute best. made me feel so comfortable, perfect bed side manners & is so funny. my surgeon Stacy Wong is also amazing and reassuring. Unfortunately i don’t remember any of the nurses that were taking care of me after my surgery but i’m sure they were great. Very grateful for everyone that helped and worked on me!
The surgery waiting room was kind of awkward. It was just not really a "peaceful" environment. Very small in size and crowded too. No TVS to watch to waste the time with. And the music they were playing was really annoying. If they didn't play Christmas music the WHOLE time it might be a different vibe. And mind you I waited for like 3 hours. Just too much. But the café was nice though but also needed more "entertainment". They only had 1 TV playing in the café. Which is just weird idk. So had to pass time with a phone or a book or just have someone to talk to. Other than that the experience was okay. However for being a smaller hospital I would think that would mean things would run more efficiently and smoothly. But that's quite the opposite.
The worse hospital in town. Hopefully they can shut them down eventually or change every staff member since everyone here is miserable, rude and unprofessional. As usual they keep charging my insurance and making these doctors more greedy! Dr. Hanna Flory is unethical and miserable at her job, I had to walk away and tell her that she is a great at making someone feel uncomfortable and unsafe. I will not let a surgeon put hands on me if they are that narcissistic
where do I begin, from my check in to discharge, the staff were extremely rude and disrespectful they did not take me seriously when I stated I had reverse asthma it is where I really do not wheeze. I basically was told I did not have asthma. They did several unneeded tests before giving me a breathing treatment. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me the nurses were just as condescending to me. It took over two hours after my result where in before they discharged me only to semi agree oh it was asthma really you got to be kidding me. I have never been treated so rudely and not taken seriously. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone even if my life depended on it. This place is horrible stay far away and I’m a former employee at Aurora UCHealth and this is how they treat employees.
