Awesome place to shop for everything you need of want Miami Hurricanes!

With the recent renovations, the campus bookstore has truly evolved into a really great shop for apparel, accessories, tech, and of course, books. There's also a post office hub inside which makes buying and sending items a very easy process. Prices seem to be a bit better than before. Always worth checking out once in a while, especially for items on clearance.

THIS STORE IS GREAT, THIS IS ONLY A REVIEW ON TODAY'S POOR EXPERIENCE. 

I have always had a fine experience at this store, I attended UM and my family has an entire wardrobe from this store. Today, my family bought a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise and my father, forgetting my mother had a gift card, brought the credit up only after he had completed the transaction. Yes, inconvenient... however, all the girl needed to do was return 1 item that came to more than the credit and then check him out again. Instead, she acted as though it was the hardest task in the world and tried to dissuade him from using it essentially, by telling him repeatedly that she would have to return everything and do it again. So, she did that. Then, the funny part is that my mother went back in to return an item and the cashier was telling another employee what a hassle she just had to deal with with my father!! My mom didn't want to humiliate the girl by saying anything, so instead she heard her recount the entire story, as though she did so much work (she actually called the manager to do the transaction for her, and told her to "have fun"). She should have returned one item more than the credit of the gift card and should learn customer service. Other than today's experience, love this place!!

The prices actually disgust me, but besides that I've had no problems there. I would look around a bit before buying anything directly from the store, but it's convenient when you need some supplies since they're right on campus.
