Staying here for a conference. Check in service is bad. No welcome, no hello, nothing, I hope these aren't hospitality students. Further gripes, no AC, no elevator, no tour or map of building. Windows only crack open. You can check out a fan. Community bathroom and frig. Share same building with kid summer camps.

Day 2 better. Customer service at the front desk has improved slight. Aggregate score thus far 2.25. 

Day 5. For what it is, living in a college dorm during the summer for accommodation - 3 stars

Great environment for making new friends, a good sense of community. Partying can be excessive and noisy. Price is quite high, and once again walls are not soundproof.

Friendly staff, but terrible and ridiculously priced food, as well as a crazy price gouge if you're living in residence here. If you have the option, live off campus!

Pretty standard student accommodation. No issues, everything was clean and worked. Kinda nice seeing some cute ground hogs and wildlife running around.
