It's not the worst, but it could use some updating. The storefronts are a bit dingy looking and the parking lots could use some love. The insides of the stores are fine.

Monterey Mexican restaurant is good, other shops are about average or below for the area. Buildings showing age.

Good shopping center connected with others in the area.  Whole foods, Jason's Deli, Sprint, Hu Hot, and a ton of others.  The grouping across the street has the Salvation Army, Half Price Books and more.

It is easier to traverse a corn maze than it is to get around this monstrosity that is a parking lot. Just bulldoze the whole thing and make it a park or some type of green space. Nude beach anyone ??? 🚧🚧🎄🎄🎄👙🌽🌽
