this place is horrible to live at. Yeah it's nice and it has upstairs and downstairs but the new ladies up front are not even worth wasting your time. I got charged with a 3,000$ bill a year and a half later from this apartment place and they have no idea why. It's on my credit collection and everything. They also charged my girlfriend for not telling them she's moving when her lease is up. 400$ she had to pay because she was following her contract rules. For some reason I can never seem to pick up signal for sprint at this complex. Utilities and rent was agreeable to a certain extent. Me and my roommate at the time we're never home and our bills we're always above 200$ as all tenants I'm the same building shared bills. Which I thought pretty obsurd having to pay for someone else's electricity. The pools okay and the neighbors are all college kids but I wouldn't recommend it.

I do not recommend this place, they just try and get the most money out of you. If someone breaks in no one cares and they still charge you for replacing the locks. They do not like when someone is leaving so they will do their hardest to make you pay the most you can in order to leave. They act like they hate their job and are not friendly. You are better off somewhere else.
