Go anywhere else but here. This store is useful maybe if you need to buy a hoodie or pencil, but then again you will pay the highest price. I ordered a used textbook for pick-up in store so that I would be able to pick it up right away. Well, they didn't even check to see if they had the used textbook in stock, instead they ordered it from a different facility and told me it would be there in 5 days. If I wanted to wait 5 days I would have ordered it from a cheaper website and had it shipped to my house. Upon informing me of this when I was ready to pick up my textbook, they told me that I could not cancel the order. On top of all this, I went to the second floor and low-and-behold I found the used textbook just sitting there on a shelf ready to be taken. However, their only solution was to buy the textbook again (for another $200 which I didn't have) and then to get a refund on the other one when it arrived. Additionally, all of the staff seemed to be frustrated with me for bringing up this problem. Maybe if they were actually organized things could run a little smoother.

The books are overpriced, take my advice and go to texbook brokers. It is around the corner from the village bookstore. My experience at the Odu village bookstore was terrible. The employee was nice but I was returning my books at the checkout counter and the supervisor said give him half his money back because he didn’t use the return and exchange line he said it not jokingly and he’s luck I didn’t cause a scene.

Staff is atrocious. Rude and nasty. Terrible experience. One member, Dana treated a us as human. Really sad.

The store was nice and clean. Most the staff where nice and friendly minus an overly frustrated woman who when I asked a question got really frustrated with me and became rude (she obviously had no costumer service skills). But other then her, the store was a very nice store but she ruined my experience.

This book store is less about books and more about stationary, gadgets, sundries and school spirit. There is also a computer store and textbook center on the second floor. Lots of great goodies in here but be prepared to pay premium prices.
