I have been a patient here for many years. Unfortunately I suspect insurance fraud so I warn you DO NOT GO!!!! I have moved my records. Recently I made an appointment fearing I had Strep Throat, when I checked in the receptionist said that there was a mistake and the Dr. I had an appointment with would not be seeing me but I would be seen by another Dr. I get put in a room for 45 minutes, the Dr. comes in for maybe 5 min, looks in my throat, feels my neck, NO strep culture, and says I have a virus and leaves. The billing dept charged me for an extended visit which is considerably more than a regular office visit. I promise you there was no extended time with me. I am a healthy woman on no medications with no significant health history who just had a annual well visit 2 weeks prior. I disputed the charge and surprise surprise, they found in their own favor and will not change the charge. It should be noted that I went to an urgent care the next day, got a Strep culture and lo a behold I did have Strep and got an antibiotic. So I have had to pay for TWO office visits to get treatment- one grossly overcharging me. NEVER AGAIN!!

I recently started going to this office for my primary care (been great), urgent care a few times now for my kiddos and have been seen quickly and their ER a few times... No issues. One note: they may transfer little ones to Children's on Dodge St. for ER services due to that location having many specialized physicians for that type of work. When they do, they call ahead for you and you get to skip the Children's line for the most part.

I took my mom there today and was told there were no openings. The receptionist suggested we come back after 6pm (where they accept walk-ins) Long story short we checked in little after 6. by time we got out it was already 9:20pm What bothered me is that as we waited for the PA (about 3 hrs) my mom said she needed a water to drink so I stepped out of waiting room looking for a nurse to ask her for water for my mom I saw the person that checked in AFTER us leaving the back room. Also as we walked out non of the people checked in after was there. and we did not see anyone else in the back rooms too??? Even though she is not a muslim my mom was dressed like Middle-Eastrain I'm wondering if that had to do anything with it. Either way We had a terrible experience and I'm very disappointed .

Good staff, good facility. Appointment times were very close to true.

I have had a great experience with the doctors here! No matter what the issue is, I can usually get in promptly and be seen professionally.
