Surprisingly awesome place to get Southeast Asian cuisine! The restaurant is pretty well-decorated and very clean. Somewhat on the smaller side, but spacious. Even better, the employees are extraordinarily nice! I had a great time meeting the female waitress, who seemed genuinely sweet. I was surprised by the quality of the food, their lemongrass chicken comes with a spectacular-tasting sauce that I couldn't get enough of. Coated the meat perfectly. Serving size was perfect for lunch, and the prices weren't too bad either. I'd love to come back here and maybe bring some friends.
Been here twice, and was pretty darn good both times! Ordered egg rolls the first time, and they were excellent. Both times we went ordered the P4 Pho Tai Chin. Warning: they come with cilantro for those who cannot stand it... but you can order it without! They remade one order sans cilantro for us amazing service on our first visit. Base broth both times had excellent flavor, but was slightly different each time. Also, had different toppings included each time not sure if they were out?. Either way, was delicious and would return here again.
Love, love, love this place. My 2nd favorite place in Vancouver to get Pho, and my number 1 place for a Bahn Mi sammie! Excellent service, average wait times, and plenty of space to seat 50+ people at a time. Design layout is aesthetically pleasing, and the food here is unmatched anywhere near it. Highly, recommend! Kid-friendliness: High-chairs available.
The food here was actually a very good for a small mall location. I am very surprised. The banh xeo was shockingly amazing and yummy. It was crisp and filling. The flavor is really good here. The pho is also relatively nice. The dumplings were mediocre, but yummy for some of the kids. And the chicken wings with fish sauce were quite good. The skin was very crisp and flavorful. Parking is pretty easy and the food was spot on the delivery time that grub hub told me it would be ready.
Wow. Just WOW. What great food, great staff, a great place, a great time. Wonderful experience. They were busy yet still kept up their A-game.
To be quite honest I’ve held off going to this place because of the name. UnPHOgettable… yes, I get it that it’s cute and I’m not above a strained pun now and then, but it sounds like a chain. Plus I hear the ghost of Nat King Cole singing that ear worm in my head every time I see the name. Well, more the fool I. Now it’s true they have a bank of televisions in the middle of the place that make it look a sports bar died there and the new owners didn’t know what to do with the leftover screens, but I suppose they can be forgiven, we all know that Americans love their television. So, let’s get to the the Meat of the situation, and more importantly, the broth of the matter. The basil was the freshest I’ve seen. Not just fresh, but it looked like it had never been packaged. Do they grow it themselves? It was a nice touch, and the lime was juicy. The broth came clear and savory with my requested noodles, which lifted easily from the bowl. The beef was lean and tender and the condiment tray was well stocked, I like to bump up my heat level after getting a good sense of the party going on in the bowl. A small thing, but I love the Stassen brand of Jasmine tea they serve, it is one of the most fragrant on the market. I also love how the different tastes come swimming up out of the broth like curious little fish coming to see what heck is going on… here’s a little anise, oh, there’s a bit of lime! Oh! Hello pepper! I would think if you could bath in this stuff, you’d live forever. Other than the tv screens, which blessedly were not turned up loud, it’s a pretty serene atmosphere, but that didn’t make my old ugly self feel even a bit out of place. I’ll give it a straight up 5 outa 5.
I ordered P1 all kinds of meat small to go but it only comes one kind of meat. Called back and told the waitress what happened and she said I could come back and show her but I don’t live close by, so I couldn’t. And she said there’s nothing she could do. $17.29 total and it doesn’t worth it at all. NOT recommended to this Pho place.
Horrible grilled chicken was so hard and rough‍ I called to tell them that the chicken was horrible and the guy I talk to just said I’m sorry no refund bad costumer service. I always order here but has today no more.
I don't want to pho-get to write a review for this place. It's a fantastic restaurant. I've never dined in here a friend told me about them during 2020-21 quarantines. But I have never had a bad thing off their menu for takeoutFood: 5/5
Cook staff talked to us about having a very long day regarding owners having a constant rotation of the boss's messy friends, but managed to be good sports considering their fatigue. The orders were properly brought out, but there was some confusion on the wait staff on what dishes he had brought out. Our drinks were free, which they really didn't have to do, but it was neat. Very amiable staff, made for quite an amusing experience.
