Mr. Upchurch and his staff handled the Medicaid application for a family member in an efficient and compassionate manner.  But most important, they were available by phone and e-mail to respond to any question and problem.  When I needed time to make this decision, they didn't rush me but let me go at my own pace until I was ready to move ahead.  Very pleased with the entire experience.

My name is Lauri Brant.  I called for a for a Power of Attorney I needed as I was leaving the country that day.  Mr. Upchurch turned this around in less than 30 minutes.  It gave me peace of mind and when I return I will go to him for my Will.  Great service and understanding the sense of urgency!

Thomas Upchurch is an outstanding attorney. He's knowledgeable, available, and most important, genuinely caring. He helped me through a very difficult and emotional guardianship case regarding my late husband who had Alzheimer's. And yet, he was available to handle ordinary legal matters like deed changes and trust reviews. I trust him with all my legal affairs.
