I used Upcott's last spring to put in flowerbeds, plants and a flagstone walkway.  First, nothing happened in the timeline given.  So if you value your time think twice.  Second corners were cut to save them cost at my expense.  The flagstone path plan called for polymeric sand.  Workers used the much cheaper play sand that washed out and left the stones wobbly.  After calling Mike the owner after the project was completed he said his crew would be out to do the job I paid for correctly. Almost a year later and not even a curtesy call.   

This was not a mistake.  The workers informed me that they do these flagstone walkways all the time in expensive areas so they knew what they were doing.  So someone made the decision to try and rip off their customer.  I suspect it was because my job cost thousands of dollars not tens of thousands.

Everything else looks pretty good, but I had to remind the workers a few times of the details in the plan.    

So buyer beware.  I just want what was paid for.
