I got a mailbox here when I moved to Los Alamos since I didn't have what I would call a permanent address. Very easy to set up compared to the Post Office and great for having packages delivered! Better than a UPS Store since they do Fedex too, they're quick and reasonably priced! Great place to drop off your returns for places like Amazon also when you have a prepaid label. Very helpful and friendly staff!

Maureen and crew did an amazing high quality and very quick job for me, preparing 3 heavy duty laminated spiral bound books for me from paper copies of a river rafting guide that I wanted waterproofed and able to use for an upcoming kayaking trip! Great staff and fun to design with!

I have always had excellent experiences at UPEX. Just this week, Kyle went out of his way to help me ship some boxes. Both Yasmin and Kyle are always very knowledgeable and helpful when I need to make copies or send packages.

We recently had a very good experience with UPEX in Los Alamos. We needed 120 badges laminated for the Bataan Memorial Death March at White Sands Missile Range. It was very important to us that the lamination was a heavy material to withstand the wind and, as we put in a great deal of work on both the front and back, we wanted the lamination as bubble free as possible. We spoke to Kyle about our needs and time frame and he assured us he could get us taken care of in our time frame. When we returned to pick them up they had the correct margins and were as bubble free as we've ever seen on laminations. We were very happy with the result and the recipients of the badges said they were the best we've ever made. As an after thought, I want to point out this service was less than at Kinkos do it yourself machine. I just left UPEX today with a last minute pack and mail of a very delicate hand made piece of pottery. By the time I had my mailing label and cards signed to go into the box, Yasmin had it bubble wrapped and boxed with the required 4 inches of packing. This was impressive as 3 other people came in at the same time and we all wanted our packages to go out today. We would not hesitate to trust these young people again. Thanks to Kyle and Yasmin.
