I have been going to the office for years now. and I must say I an a bit disappointed lately. I went to inquire about a sleep study and went for an appointment. after several weeks of the office calling the wrong number (that I had updated several time via website, phone calls to the office, and the touch screen in the office lobby) they managed to find me the take home machine. When I returned that, I was called and informed that my sleep quality was very bad and put me in a dangerous range of Oxygen deprivation. with that said, it took 2 MONTHS to get an appointment for an actual sleep study. Again, the office was notified that I need a device that may keep me from dying in my sleep. After several weeks of not hearing from ANYBODY, I called the office again and was told that "someone will call me eventually" Now, I work in EMS and have reviewed some of the test results. IF I had a patient that was within the same range, I would respond to the scene via lights and sirens and also transport to the hospital with lights and sirens while putting my patient on a similar device that was suggested for me. After several months of terrible sleep, I have resorted to writing a bad review to try to get ANYBODY to contact me. I understand that medical insurance is a huge scam and they want to continue to charge me for every consultation but if I could just slip somebody a bit of cash in their pocket to take care of this, please contact me and we can do some back door deal. thank you.

Started with this pratice from when it began. Like family. Caring, understanding and great all around. Even though my insurance is no longer UPMC, I'd never change my PCP. They are the best. Doctors and staff are great. Sometimes there's a wait, but I know when it's my turn there is no rush. It's all good!

Very nice staff. Doctors are very caring not just there for a paycheck for sure. Defiantly know what their doing! Very happy I switched my kids to here.

Dr Jordan is the most personable, kind doctor i have ever met. She talks to you like a person and not another patient. She remembers everyone's name without having to check a chart, and she actually discusses things with you and understands how you feel and what is wrong with you. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new doctor. Genuinely the sweetest human being i know besides my mom.

Been going there since I was 3 and I love the service and care they provide. Dr. Harbaugh is my doctor now, and he's fantastic!Would recommend
