Absolutely terrible to those suffering from mental illness/drug abuse. I spent two hellish nights in this place before being transferred to another facility, thank God. 

Horrible, traumatizing experience being here. The nurse overseeing me the one night watched me make a phone call when I requested one, staring me down to make sure I didn't saying anything bad about the hospital to my mother on the phone I guess? She had been putting me in and out of restraints all night because I was having a manic episode that the hospital did not know how to handle. Before my phone call she looked at me very seriously and said "Now, when you make your call, DON'T..." and I said "don't what?" and she just glared at me. SCARY, WEIRD PLACE. THE HOSPITAL I TRANSFERRED TO IN SHIPPENSBURG WAS SO MUCH NICER. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL.

Last time I ever come to this hospital. My head hurts so bad from a toothache and all they were willing to do is give me ibuprofen. I asked for something just to numb my teeth for not even 48 hours. Not looking for narcotics, not looking for anything more than lidocaine or something. This place is a joke.

Id give them a 0 if I could. I went in last night with chest pains. Waiting for almost 3 HOURS. Nothing. Only 2 other people in the room with me and the lady who came in after me, she told me she was just having some stomach pain, was next in line. I walked out. I'd much rather either suffer at home or die at home than be treating by this horrible hospital. Who makes someone wait 3 hours for chest pain? I went to a different hospital today and was extremely satisfied. Hanover hospital is honestly the worst hospital I've been to. The only good part about hanover is the maternity ward. Thats it. Nothing else.

I owe Hanover Hospital my deepest gratitude and thanks, My sister in-law was refused treatments in another Hospital and when I brought her to Hanover Hospital , they treated her with dignity and respect and literally   saved her life, she was pregnant and severely  dehydrated , all her bones were protruding , she lost 40 lbs. they saved her life! 
This is not the only experience I had that was great, not sure which Hospital the others went to but I love my Hospital and very grateful that they are near me.

All the staff was very professional and nice to talk to. They knew what they were doing and answered any questions I had. This was one of the best emergency room experiences I have ever had.
