This is more the fault of the 1-800 customer service department. I did not ask for my package to be held at the distribution center. But because I called for some reason the lady decided to have it held there. Good going UPS, now they WON’T deliver to my house. I have to drive from the next county over to get my package! I am so mad at UPS after sitting here waiting for my package!

Placed my shipment to be held at distribution so I could pick up because I have a very late route. They put my items on the truck anyways. I then tried to set up a meeting with the driver. Driver doesn't answer the phone call.

Ups needs to get there drivers together and make sure they hiring the right people for the job cause I am now missing two packages that is my kids Xmas and they can't even tell me who the driver so I will be paying them a visit in the morning cause I need my packages since the driver couldn't make sure that it was at the right house if they stop just pull up everywhere and stop packages at house without knocking on the door first

So far to date this group has screwed up three of the four orders I've made. Once a two day delivery took nearly two weeks, one package was loaded on the truck for delivery and then taken back to facility for some unknown reason and most recently, tracking indicated my package had arrived and was delivered but there was no package delivered. I can't wait to hear what ridiculous excuse they have for this one. I'll be turning this in to the BBB when I get it sorted out.
