Employee could not have been more rude. When I responded that I did not have my tracking number handy, she coldly answered "Well...don't you have a phone?" As I did not realize ahead of time that my name was not on the package, she informed me she wouldn't be able to pass it off. However, the manner in which she relayed was something to the tune of "If it's not your name on the package, you're not gettin' it. Didn't that occur to you?". All I can say is that if I interacted with my professional clients in this manner, I would've been fired a long time ago.

Worst of the worst. Ordered perishable baked goods for my 90 year old aunt. They failed to deliver because they were too lazy to get out of the truck and see the directions sign posted for night deliveries. Meanwhile here is over a hundred dollars worth of baked goods getting stale in warehouse overnight. I'll never use UPS for anything ever again.

bad service all around. most of the previous comments i can identify with. if you can avoid ups, i would recommend choosing an alternative carrier

I missed my package because I wasn't home and when I got home I got a note saying it was at this grocery. They could've just left it there at my door unless I had to sign. I called & arranged to pick up my package yesterday at 8:30 pm I went for nothing. Btw I rarely order stuff online so I was confused by the note. I still don't get why they would deliver the package to a grocery store.... that's so stupid.

Apple shipped a single order in four parts The first three didn't require a signature and the fourth offered the pre-sign option. UPS decided that they needed a live signature for each. First three required separate trips to their facility where they were not only inefficient but rude. The fourth required another trip. Unfortunately notice came on Friday and of course they aren't open on Saturday. Never had these issues with FedEx. UPS could not be less customer focused if they tried.
