I have  asked ups drivers to please slow down on my road we have small children and lots of animals in our neighborhood and they still drive wide open on our drive way. If they don't slow down I'm fixing to get the law or shoot your tires out. I understand that you are doing your job and in hurry but be  slow when there are signs and people asking you to slow down in there subdivision

Ugh! I don't appreciate with late UPS at night after 7PM!! Not first I had experience with late UPS that before. Finally, I can gave this 1 star. If you want fast delivery then PAY EXTRA SHIPPING but not guarantee 100%. Do not use this UPS because they do always late. I WILL NEVER USE THIS UPS AGAIN.  I'm so disgusting.  Smh

I own a business 4 miles out of city limits. I order regular and pay ups to deliver. Just this week I had to call find out where my package was after 2 days waiting ,no call from ups my package was at store laying on floor! Now today I m waiting till the operator from who knows what town says it will be here,at my business now, by 7!!!! Not to mention I will be up all night making my product for a customer who is coming in morning and I need this package to complete! No customer care,no concern! I am paying someone for nothing!

Was suppose to receive over nite package by 7PM.  Arrived 8:30 PM.  Delay & lack of commication between local UPS & UPS Customer Service Center after 7PM caused undue issues.  Did local UPS go home after 5:30PM & forget about their customers?  👎👎

Better than parcel service I hear, and I send and receive packages from them all the time. While they get there early or on time so that's an A+ for me!
