At first the lanes didn't work and we had to wait almost 20 minutes before they offered to move us to another lane (They were trying to fix it). It wouldn't have been a big deal but they knew there was an issue with the lane earlier after another group asked to be moved and shouldn't have had it open. They then transferred our game and scores to the new lane and there was an issue there too. After asking for help three times I finally walked up to the front desk and he quickly resolved. Then a bit later our food order was messed up so I took what they delivered. I didn't get the impression all of their employees were trained very well. Overall not an awesome experience which is what we expected for the price we paid.

My experience at Uptown Alley has completely been positive. The staff is sweet and patient. The facility is clean and orderly with a staff focused on great service. When we held a party at the alley we were treated kindly and quickly.

Clean, inviting, and fun. Live band was good; service in the lounge was friendly and food was good (not great but better than expected). Arcade is a bit pricey but bowling is fairly priced.

We live less than a mile away and have been so elated that a real fun music venue is so close. Although I see some reviews say the service is slow, we only had this experience once due to call out employees. I simply went to bar and got my own drink so not a problem. Last night, TIFFANY waited on my husband and me and WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Smiling, engaging, fast, personable. Just what we needed since we are both in customer service and just got off work. Thank you for giving us old folks a reason to go out and get home early!!!

Super nice bowling alley with great food. The only downfall was the lack of skilled management and rude cashier. I wish I could remember his name. To sum it up, my large party of 20+ people were told after waiting an hour we couldn't be accommodated and after a lengthy discussion with a manager we were at least told we could bowl in diff lanes just not together which was fine. Once ready to pay we were greeted by the worst cashier ever. I wish I would've gotten his name. He was nasty, pushy and rude to the point where one of my friends had to tell him not to speak to them in that manner. He rushed us through and at some point pushed us aside to wait on other people while people searched for money or the group that was going to bowl with them. He lied and said we were only able to purchase 1 game after waiting 2 hours and after talking to the manager that wasn't true. First experience was horrible and almost ruined my wife's birthday. We probably won't visit here again. Hire better staff.
