Found a dress for prom right away.  Staff very friendly and helpful.  We were not pressured into purchasing.  This is the second prom dress we have purchased here and will more than likely be back next year for a senior prom dress.

I ordered my sister's Matron of Honor dress there in January. It has just come in. When I go to pick it up, I can visably see that it is certainly the wrong size. Of course, after its tried on it is obviously the wrong size. It's gaping in the chest area, even though we tried the EXACT same dress on in another color and it fit perfectly. The lady asks if she lost weight. Yeah, she lost 10lbs in her boobs in 3 months. Well, because the tag says it's the right size and because they offer no refunds or exchanges, there's nothing I can do but take it to our seamstress and hope she is able to get it done in less than a month. I will NEVER shop here again. Seriously, I know squat about dresses and I could see it was the wrong size before it was even tried on. I am so thankful I didn't order my wedding dress here. I figure if I spend over $140 on her dress, they should be able to get the size right. I guess I was definitely wrong.

I took two suit jackets in to have the arm length on the sleeves adjusted and remove shoulder pads from one. I will not be taking anything back to be altered.  The customer service was less than pleasant. I told them that I would need them back within a week which they said that they could do, but I had to call and follow up the day before I told them I needed it done. When I got the jackets back, one of them wasn't even completely sewn back up on the inside and the sleeve lengths were uneven. Since I tried them on at home rather than the shop, they had to be taken back to be fixed which took over 2 weeks and the sleeves were still a little off...
