Complete waste of time. Called ahead, took in several nice junior dresses and was told that they were "too formal" - these could be worn for an evening out but they weren't so formal as to wear to prom. Also took in a brand new guy's leather jacket from J.C. Penney - never worn and was told it was "too mature" because it was a St. John's Bay. The fact that my clothes were turned down doesn't even bother me even though it was a 1/2 hr. drive. What really bothered me was the how the girl at the front desk gave her spiel as if it was memorized by rote, no personality, absolutely void of emotion and very rushed. I felt like I had walked into a store operated by the Stepford Wives. You cannot speak to people as if they aren't human and that is exactly how I was treated. I would never recommend this store to anyone simply based on the pre-programmed interaction. Who is training them to treat customers this way?

You can always find really good deals here. Nice lightly used clothing. And you can also sell your old clothing to them and the usually pay more than the competition

I love this place. The clothes are so fair priced. The workers are amazing. I had a bunch of clothes to try on and they put them in a container for me and carried them to the changing room. I also loved their changing room, how they had "Not my fave," "Potential" & "Feelin it." I definitely recommend this place!

They took 5 minutes to look through my clothes and told me they weren't going to purchase any because they only buy styles from 1 to 2 years past but all the clothes I had were no more than 2 years old. Gigantic waste of time and gas.

I took a clothing basket full of clothes. Name brand, not over worn, clean, and folded nicely. They accepted none of them. The boy that had looked through everything mainly stressed to me that they were only taking skinny jeans currently. I stood there and stared at him because those were the only types of jeans I had in the basket. And it had also only taken him about 10 minutes to go through everything. To me, I feel he didn't want to waste his time on my basket of good clothes that they could've sold. Plato's won't lie to your face like they will and they'll actually accept your clothing. Do not go there, horrible service and not even that great of a selection. I don't know what they think when they buy their clothes from people.
