It used to be a very friendly pediatric dentist. The NEW appointment setter that Dr. Holmes has now is extremely rude and confrontational  for no reason. Anytime you have a concern about appoinments or coverage, she takes it as a challenge. It's such a shame, because Dr. Holmes is really good with the kids. But if he's ok with the way his receptionist handles his patients, then you have to question the changes with him.

Receptionist does not give a good vibe for Dr. Holmes who was recommened by a dear friend whom I trust. It was going to be a first visit but in the process of making the appoinment, she quickly changed my mind. I got a little worried for my tot. If she's that aggressive, what should I expect from the dentist. Just sorry I had to give them 1 star, would have rather give none. Message to the appointment setter, not everyone that calls there with an urban tone is using state funded insurance. I work and pay for mines, so please loose the defensive attitude. IJS..... #firstimpressioniseverything.

We came here after a terrible experience at another office. I cannot say enough good things about how great they are. The staff is patient & kind. There is never a long wait & they really make it fun for the kids.
