We loved our time at Urban Air however I will echo other reviews in the disappointment with employees. It was a Sunday night and there were not enough people working the Sky Rider & Ropes Course for speed OR safety. The employees were complaining about how many people called off, but also could have been more efficient when they were talking to each other about their love lives. I saw one of them air humping at another which is just super inappropriate especially with small children. One small boy was climbing up the side of the Ropes Course at the top and almost made it over the top before anyone noticed since we were being strapped in. Definitely need work in this dept - but super fun place and look forward to it becoming more efficient.

With new establishments it takes time to become structured. These people did their homework. We had a birthday party there today with a lot of young kids. We all including adults had a blast. Kelsey was our party host and she was amazing! She kept us busy and was on point with timing. I didn’t have to do a thing but have fun! My now nine year old said this was the best birthday ever. Thank you

Took my daughter and her friend here today and they really enjoyed it but left disappointed because the employee at the sky rider gave them a hard time and told them they couldn’t go on it anymore because they had been on it to many times. We paid the extra cost for this attraction and the only limit we were told about was a 2.5 hour time frame. They waited in line and took their turn so why couldn’t they wait as many times as they wanted? I even asked the girl at the counter and she said there wasn’t a limit.

Had a birthday party scheduled for a Saturday morning at 11 am. We purchased the deluxe attractions package so that the children would be able to do everything. Right of the bat, the man that was working the door, was very rude and unprofessional. The people at the front desk were rude to some of our party guests. We had an upstairs room, which was nice if adults wanted to get away from the chaos. As far as a party goes, huge waste of money. It is very pricey, completely unorganized, the party hostess that we had was poorly trained, and absolutely no help. The hostess, didn't have all of the pizza to the party on time, which resulted in even more wasted time. She spent more time running back and for plates and napkins. We basically tended to the party ourselves. Lines for the "Special attractions" were so long, our kids had to spend 45 minutes in line to do the zip line. (Nearly half of the allotted party time.) Additionally, we were booted out of our room 15 minutes before the party was over so they could clear the room and get ready for the next party. There was an announcement that said On Saturday's, you were only permitted to do one special attractions. That should have mentioned up front, before we purchased the Ultimate Attractions package. We were completely disappointed and were cheated out of what we paid for. I would highly discourage scheduling a birthday party.

We went yesterday with my son. It was great, everyone was friendly and helpful and there was tons of things he could do even though he is just 42 inches tall. We were able to do the climbing walls at the same time. He lived the ninja warrior course. Free coffee for parents!!!!! In regards to the other reviews, it seems to be common sense that a place like this will be very busy on the weekend. I go to other trampoline parks, you always need to sing a waiver and get socks and that takes time! Expect it to be an attraction, there will be things your kids might be too short for and there will be lines. No, you will not be able to have a table to set your stuff on while you jump, but there are lockers for your valuables, cubes for your shoes and coat hooks. We shared a table with a couple other families, it worked out fine.
