Amazing Experience! The ladies at Urban Dentistry were extremely intelligent and very easy going. They made me feel very comfortable and it was an overall pleasant experience. My teeth are pretty sensitive to cleanings and Kassi and Dr.Urban were very gentle. I would 100% recommend Urban Dentistry to anyone that is need of a new dentist or is new to Austin like myself. I have been seeing Dr. Urban for over ten years She is an exceptional dentist. She has the ability to combine her extensive knowledge, creativity and application of clinical studies to provide her patients with the best treatment. She is also very kind and accommodating. She always takes my finances into consideration and customizes treatment to best fit me. I highly recommend Dr. Urban to anyone needing a truly exceptional dentist.

I saw Dr. Burns and she was awesome! I have been so afraid of the dentist that I hadn't been in 7 years! I started to have some yellowing on one tooth in particular so I finally took the plunge to go see a dentist. By fortune I found urban dentistry and stumbled upon my most pleasant dental experience ever. She was very kind and patient and made sure to explain everything before she did it. I left my initial consult and knew exactly what to expect before my cleaning, I knew how much it would cost and I also know how long my appointment would be. My cleaning was comfortable quick and very very effective. I left there feeling immediately more confident in my smile and I've actually gotten several compliments just this week. She did a great job and i will definitely be going back to her for all my dental needs!

I loved the staff! They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very thouroughly. They also had a great new patient whitening special going on! I highly recommend Urban Dentistry for all your dental needs!

From the front desk, to the friendly greetings by India, to the caring touch of Dr. Bruns, to this moment, this has been a very positive and fruitful experience. Incidentally, India is expert at anticipating needs, assisting, and otherwise making me feel like I'm in good hands. Dr. Burns is welcome to dig around in my mouth any time, and her bedside manner is professional, yet personally makes me like she cares about more than just the health of my teeth and gums. I appreciate that kind of care, and I'm glad I get to come here. Thanks!
