Stress free smooth process start to finish! Vicki was attentive, prompt and understanding of our wants and needs. She took the time to explain concepts and the rules of buying and selling to us and was available during off hours when I wanted to chat and make sure I understood what we were doing. Katy Scarlett came to stage our place and made it look like it was a magazine shoot. I would have been so lost if I was in the hands of anyone else. We sold within 2.5 days, and purchased within the next two weeks (below asking!) thanks to Vicki's knowledge, support and guidance. Thank you for helping us find our forever home.

SOLD in 3 days OVER asking price… What more can you ask? Working with Vicky and her team has been a blessing. They went well above and beyond what I expected. This was the first time I’ve sold a home and they were friendly, courteous and guided me through each step along the way. I was very impressed by the quality of the staging and the photographs taken of my property. They even handed out high-quality brochures showcasing the features of my home to every potential buyer that visited my home. You want the best experience when selling or buying your home? Urban Group delivers. Vicky was very professional and attentive every step of the way. Her knowledge on the market and consistent follow up during this process really kept me at ease and made me feel confident in the decsions we were making together. We broke a record selling my condo at the highest price per square foot, and purchased my dream home well within my budget. Vicky is the best in the business! She listened to what we were after and was very prompt with any additional info that we required throughout the process even making a recommendations for inspectors, general contractors, and pool maintenance.
She went out of her way to show properties from Burlington all that way to Toronto and on a long weekend no less! She is fantastic to work with and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with her service. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.
