Came in for color hilites and cut, catie Collins did an amazing job!!! It took awhile but the colors were exactly what I wanted and the cut was exactly what I wanted as well. I am so happy with my new look and am so pleased she did an amazing job thanks catie!

Paid 90 dollars for a haircut that is hardly noticeable. And..oh wait...they don’t offer refund on a gift card (I bought one as a present for someone but the day after tried to return it. They would not refund me. Another 90 dollars lost. I will NEVER return to this place)

My husband made me an appt for mothers day. Went in for the 39.99 haircut. Staff is very nice. I told my stylist i wanted layers and split ends cut off. Told her specifically i wanted face framing layers. I told her i straighten my hair and thats how i wear it. She trimmed off very little and styled my hair with waves. I went home and fixed my hair to the way i wear it.  I noticed she only gave me one layer and i still have split ends. Checked my bank acct and they charged me 70.00!! I called and asked for a receipt to be emailed. They charged me 20.00 for some kerastin that i was never told was an extra charge, i didnt even know what it was or when she put it in. The lady who answered the phone told me it was for frizz. I dont have frizzy hair so i dont know why they put that in my hair. They also had an 11.80 tip on my receipt. I am not happy with my haircut at all! You cant even tell it was cut and for 70.00!!! I will not return to this salon.
