My wife bought me a gift card to Urban Nirvana for  Christmas. It had been a while (9 years) since I had had a massage, so I opted for a master massage. The result: I didn't walk like an old man when I woke up this morning. I need to have a massage more frequently and Urban Nirvana is an excellent place for that. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful massage therapists.

Had my first Brazilian bikini wax here and I was very nervous from the time I made the appointment. But the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was very relaxing and calming. The waxer did a GREAT job and kept me distracted by talking to me, and it was not at all as painful as I thought it would be. I'm very happy with the service and I will definitely be returning.

I have been to Urban Nirvana Lexington location many times and always have a wonderful experience. I really want to brag about today though. Jasimine was a great massage therapist! She listened to me about the areas that I was having trouble with and really focused on loosening the tension I had. She also kept the atmosphere very relaxing which gave me the opportunity to unwind. I will definitely be requesting her in the future!!

Picked the most expencive place to get a couples massage.  Signed up for a 90 min.  Atmosphere was nice, one of the therapist smelt like smoke while breathing on you, 50 min into the massage they say they are done(error up front) only signed us up for 60 min. They did give a 15% discount for the clerical issue without me asking. I will be trying another place next time.
