The vision of its owner, Dimitra Diggs, Urban Snob is the perfect oxymoron. The blend of where upper class meets the street. Hard pressed to find a shop like it in the area Diggs was tired of having to travel to the outer-lying cities of Philadelphia, Baltimore and New York to find quality trendy accessories. Her passion for panache lead her to bring the Urban Snob into existence.
